I have been going to Jean John for about fifteen years and have always been delighted with Mirella's talent, professionalism and friendliness. I have problem hair and she always knows just what to do with it. I lived in Ottawa for 8 years but when I came back to Montreal in 2015, I was so happy and relieved that Mirella was still working. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I am never kept waiting, and their prices are very fair. They can be cutting edge (no pun intended) for young clients but also know what to do to make middle-aged and senior women...

The hair dresser didn't know what he was doing and $70 for leaving my hair how it shows in the pictures is not acceptable.
