Jan 2024: Have to update my review from 1 star to 4 star, as the last two experiences with Windsor HH were pretty amazing. First was a mattress purchase they had a great deal on, it was about half the normal price and showing in stock. We drove to the warehouse to pick it up but they couldn't find them anywhere, and they price matched a better mattress for us for the inconvenience. Very nice! Recently bought a Starfrit smoothie maker there, used it twice and the rubber gaskets kept blowing off and blending into the smoothies, causing us to waste food and the blender to be useless. Seems it is a common problem with this based on reviews of the product. We returned it, they had no other Starfrits, and price matched us a nicer one, once again. Great customer service, even if the products themselves may not be haha!

The bad: Bought a new washer in 2018, already broken. Had one of their techs come out to fix it, brought no parts with him, unscrewed a back panel and said the light is out that means the timer is fried. Could have told me to do that over the phone. Was here for maybe 5 minutes and charged me a full $75 service call, and told me they could order a part for almost $500! Ordered a new machine that was supposed to come in the afternoon, they came in the morning and woke me up instead. Delivery people not very professional, or apologteic. Dropped the washer off in the basement after trying to drop it off in the wrong room then wouldn't...

It’s very impressive the service soooo wonderful in Windsor Hardware. If I go to Kent / Homedepot, hardly get some one talk to me unless I walk around to looking for help, but people work here are so warm , they saw I had a big cart full loaded of all clearance barn things ( price is 50% than last year I bought other places) , there were 3 people helping me packing and a young man help me loaded things on my car , and the lovely cashier even give me extra discount for 2 bags of same hooks I need to match my tack room. I didn’t feel that good for few years especial during the upset construction time....

Thank you to Wayne (I believe that was the employees name, it's been a day...) who helped me cut apart my stuck bike lock today. He fought with the bolt cutters to get my bike free and back on the road. While we frequently stop by with our pups (who are ALWAYS spoiled with treats and love) for general things for the house, I was not actually a customer today, but I knew they'd have the tools to help me, and they went out of their way to do so. I will be back another day to buy a new...
