Me and my wife normally go shopping to your store but having bad experience twice with your store definitely pushed me to post this comment.
On one occasion before noon me and my wife had a problem with a lady clerk at the pharmacy. When my wife picked up her medicine, she noticed that the medicine was not the right dose.This clerk told my wife that she should call the doctor. My wife was explaining but during the process she gave her a dirty look. I would assume that she was just lazy to do it herself. She should have just told my wife politely that they will call for clarification.
Morning around 10 am or so, March 12, 2021, it was the same clerk, wherein I was requesting for the summary of medicine expenses for year 2020 for me and my wife. She gave mine but she said that she cannot give my wife statement of expense to me because of privacy reason. My wife had to personally be there to get it herself or I need an authorization letter from her. I said that we live in the same house and that is on their record. I even showed my Manitoba Health card which shows my wife's name on it. The lady pharmacist in charge even collaborated with her assistant and said that even if they knew us they would still need an authorization letter.
Contrary to both the pharmacist and clerk statement from above, last year 2020, I requested over the phone in the afternoon from a lady clerk, who is familiar with my name to deliver our prescription refill and both me and my wife 2019 medical expense statement. I had no problem and it was delivered right to our door steps without any question.

Read moreI called today, Dec 18 to see if a certain item was for sale.The clerk was very friendly and checked and told me it was. Must have been the afternoon shift because I had nothing but a problem when I went in the late evening.
I asked a clerk on the floor, with orange rimmed glasses for the item. I had to repeat it 2 x then she looked blankly at me. I said " it's ok, forget it" and went looking myself. She gave me a dirty look and went to tell the tall East Indian Security Guard. I had done nothing that warranted a security guard's presence. This clerk should not be working with customers when she has an attitude like hers.
Shortly afterwards, the Security Guard was watching me, just looking for anything to exert his authority, then came up to me and told me that I could not try on the item I was looking at. I told him I wasn't paying $42.00 for something that may not fit.
I went to the pharmacist and a girl named Abby was so helpful and did understand why I needed to try it on. She helped me find the right size.... she's an asset to that store unlike the clerk with orange rimmed glasses and Security.
I literally had to tell the security that because I had handled the item he should put it to be quarantined. He clearly did not want to bother but finally just tossed it onto the counter.
By this time he was following me around telling me to not tell him how to do his job. He clearly wanted to argue with me so I stopped shopping and just bought the one item from the cashier. She was great, just like Abby.
Business will surely slow down with these other 2 employees, if it hasn't already. Nobody wants to be...

Then intentionally take too much time to change prescription and charged 98 $ for a month prescription which earlier they said 90$ when I asked why its 8$ more just replied it was estimated price . This is how they deal with customers. Plz avoid this place if you don't wanna waste your time and money. Now I believe all the reviews below regarding the ignorant and rude behavior of this pharmacy are real. If someone doesn't wanna pay 268$ for entire prescription ( 3 months) when u r giving that person only a week of pills doesn't means u can bully people by making them wait , being rude to them and overcharging them just to satisfy your personal ego. Honestly would never go back to this place. Moreover when I told them I will only pay for a week of pills which I'm getting pharmacist abruptly said " actually we can give pills for a month" howcome they got pills for a month when they told me earlier they can only give pills for a week. How they got restocked in couple of seconds. Lying to customers.
