I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru at 777 Keewatin last Saturday and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a cappuccino, but the staff member taking my order, who introduced herself as Prabhnoor, was extremely rude and did not explain the menu properly. Since I am new here, I was not familiar with everything they carry and expected some guidance, but instead felt dismissed.
When I asked her politely why she was being rude, she claimed to be the supervisor and shockingly told me she did not want to serve me, then used offensive language toward me. This was very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Thankfully, another staff memberâa white gentlemanâwas kind enough to explain politely that the store is small and does not have all machines, which helped me understand the situation better.
I immediately called the store owner to report what happened, and he assured me that the matter would be investigated, but I have yet to receive a response. I even followed up with another call, but no one answered.
As a customer, I understand there can be busy times or misunderstandings, but customer service should never involve rudeness or abusive language, especially from someone claiming to be a supervisor. This experience has left me very disappointed and questioning the professionalism at...

Every time in the mornings Iâm at the speaker box, Iâm expected to hold at least 3-4 time for one single order. If I happen to ask for 2 drinks, theyâll respond as âhold we need to checkâ if I ask for a bagel, again theyâll ask me to wait & check. What exactly do they have to check each time? The double toasted bagel that I ask for is barely toasted, and you canât even return and ask for the right one, Bcz theyâve already wasted enough time by making you hold while placing order. Even inside the store front service is horrible. The staff just keeps ignoring you, even if they see youâre waiting for an order to be taken.    Read moreFist there where no garbages to throw out my Timâs cups Then after making my order and being very specific not wanting a tray for my 3 beverages and only one sleeve on my tea With there being no garbage at the window they wouldnât take my cups so yes I dropped them to the ground đ and I NEVER litter Then they gave me a tray and 3 sleeves when I specifically said I didnât want
The XL 3/3 was not stirred and all the sugar was at the bottom of the cup
I guess I should have kept a cup so I could have stirred my own coffee but hey thatâs not my job
Mixing a 3/3 coffee DOES NOT get stirred when you turn the spoon only twice
I have this problem every time I go to this Timâs but it is the closest to my home so thatâs why I go
I will now be going to the inkster location even thou it is out of my way
Simply because they do not follow simple instructions đ
So frustrating
