Just had the worst treatment at the hands of this restaurant's operator. The man who runs the store scolded as we were making up our minds, telling us to get out of the way for other people. This was fine because others were ready to order. When it was our turn again, though, the man once again scolded us for not immediately ordering, even though we explained we were looking at what we wanted (it's a buffet style restaurant, does one really need to explain this?). As he said, he wanted to sit down again and our presence was interrupting this. We reminded him that he needs to be nice to a customer, which someone in his position should know full well, at which point he told us he didn't care, that if we didn't buy something, someone else would. This is probably true, but he will never have our business or the business of anyone we know because of this atrocious attitude and disrespectful service. To top it off, he cheated us by over charging what we ordered.Businesses that cannot show, at the very least, a modicum of respect to their customers do not deserve our attention. So today my son and I came here for lunch the owner (male, older man) was extremely rude and disrespectful. We've ordered from here numerous times dine in and dine out. This was our worst experience as there wasn't much fresh food out, basically whatever was sitting out since earlier lunch. My son had asked for fresh spicy pork because the older stuff he was given was really drenched in grease and was hard. We paid 46$ for our food, I asked the owner for fresh pork, he told us "you don't like , leave don't buy, it's good the food isn't bad" and had repeatedly said that. I never said it was bad just distasteful and he was extremely rude that we had asked for fresh pork. I had gone up to buy a pepsi and he said his debt does not work for a 2$ can drink only $5 and up. Ridiculous. For the price nd portion( was given small containers not the regular size either as we ordered combo 1) it's not worth eating here and i would prefer the lady the works and not the own himself. The lady is alot nicer, and give wonder size portions of food forte price that u are paying. Very disappointed with our experience today not sure if we will eat...

Unfortunately, this Chinese restaurant is not just about bad food — it’s about bad treatment. The portions are outrageously oversized, packed with greasy junk, and lacking any real protein or nutritional value. On top of that, the food was cold, hard, and clearly from the day before.

But what truly ruined everything was the way I was treated. I walked in, hoping for a warm meal on a tough day, and instead, I was met with hostility and emotional abuse from someone who clearly had no respect for others. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially not when you're simply trying to buy food with your hard-earned money.

Food should never come with a side of humiliation.

To the owner or whoever is responsible: customers are not animals. Your business depends on people, and if you continue treating them this way, word will spread — as it already is.
