As a Google Local Guide and someone who values supporting local and women-owned businesses in Manitoba, I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Spa Botanica. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was cold and uninviting. No smile, no warmth, no effort to make a guest feel comfortable—definitely not what you'd expect from a spa promising premium services. I booked a treatment expecting relaxation and professional care, but the total time was not respected, and a portion of the service I paid for was simply skipped. To add to the frustration, I had to clean my face after a cleansing session—which makes me question the purpose of the service itself. If the basics of a facial aren’t fully delivered, what’s the added value? I enjoy treating myself and don’t mind paying for quality, but this experience was far from it. It felt rushed, impersonal, and well below any reasonable standard for spa care. I’ve been here before and had a much better experience with Misty, but this visit was a complete letdown. Sadly, I will not be returning. My honest advice: - If you're looking for a proper pedicure, go to a dedicated pedicure specialist. - If you need skincare, book with a certified esthetician. - Avoid Spa Botanica if you're expecting a complete or professional spa experience. While the concept of bringing multiple services together under one roof may sound appealing, in reality, they failed to deliver quality or consistency. Some local businesses wisely offer different pricing tiers based on associate experience—a model Spa Botanica should seriously consider adopting. Customers deserve to know what they’re paying for—and get treated accordingly. No one should pay premium prices and walk out feeling shortchanged. Think twice before booking here !

I recently attended the Boreal retreat from Spa Botanica, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The spa treatments were incredible—so much attention to detail and care, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The retreat also included yoga classes and sound healing sessions, which were so calming and grounding. The hot tub and sauna were another highlight—pure bliss! And the food was well-balanced and delicious, perfectly complementing the relaxing atmosphere. Spa Botanica truly knows how to create a transformative experience. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Slipped in for a fabulous pedicure in this beautiful heart centered spa yesterday. So grateful to see how they had rebuilt following a fire. Honour yourself and book in time to care for your self, with the assistance of these professionals. Steeped deeply into the foundation of Ayurveda Spa Botanica celebrates life and existence. Every moment in this spa is an invitation into self care. Nourishing, kind, compassionate, professional. Look no further. Book in some time for self rejuvenation

Cheating price, cheating customer. I am still angry about terrible experience l had few weeks ago. They tried to charge different price which I was expecting. I kept telling appointment price which they promised. I made sure that price more than 5 times when I made appointment but manager told me they never had business like that and made me fool. That day they lost two things. Bigger amount tip than they thought they could have lost (they may have earned 25 dollars but lost three times tip I was thinking) and huge customers who could be. They have to learn how to manage service business.

This is the second review after their command

When I first made an appointment I made sure discount price more than 5 times.

My gift card price was 65 (pre-paid whole amount) and your discount price was 45.

I wandered if that difference could cover other service and your staff said yes so I decided to have facial at that moment and facial discount price was 45.

I made sure I could pay 25 more and she said YES. I tried to pay but she told me to pay later.

That appointment time was her choice. I made sure it should be discount hour several times and she said YES every time.

Now you tried to charge same price for gift card.

I don't care your service hour system. She made my appointment at 2 o'clock herself and I made sure it could be discount hour several times. I made sure that discount price several times. You didn't keep the promise with your customer.

But! You say your business is not working like that and you didn't cheat customer?

I still...

Today, my fiancé and I decided to treat ourselves and headed to Spa Botanica for a couples massage. Both of us have had stressful days recently, and we were looking for a way to unwind and relax together. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Beant, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. She immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. My fiancé had his massage with Beant, and he mentioned how relaxing and soothing the experience was. I had the pleasure of being treated by Gabrielle (I believe that was her name, as Beant mentioned she would be helping me—my apologies if I got it wrong). Gabrielle was fantastic! She was professional, attentive, and did a wonderful job relieving the tension in my muscles. I could feel my stress melt away with each movement, and by the end of the massage, I felt completely refreshed. It truly felt like all the stress and tension from the year had been lifted. I can't express enough how much I needed this time, and I’m so grateful to both Beant and Gabrielle for making our experience so special. They helped create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and I left feeling calm and renewed. I highly recommend Spa Botanica to anyone who is looking to relax, unwind, and treat themselves to a wonderful...
