The Brick — Local services in Woodstock

My wife and I just moved into our new house in Woodstock. We decided our old mattress needed to be replaced so we did not move it with us. We placed an order for a new mattress at a different Brick location, they told us our new mattress would arrive 6 days after our move in date. We called yesterday to check up on the delivery time and were told it would now be 14 days until delivery or longer as they didn't even know where the mattress was! We went to the Brick in Woodstock today and Aaron helped us. He showed us what he had in stock in the size and firmness we required. We found one we liked and Aaron told us he had deliveries going to our area today and he could get our mattress on the truck. Litterally from the time we paid for it and the time it was delivered and moved into our bedroom on the second floor was 2 hours at the most. At our age my wife and I were dreading the thought of having to sleep on an air mattress for two weeks or more and what it would do to our backs. Aaron really helped us and welcomed us to Woodstock, and what a nice welcome it was. We will definitly be returning to this location, I can't think of any way that the service could have...

Aaron and the team at the Woodstock store are nothing short of AMAZING! We had to get new furniture and appliances after a fire in our home. To add some complexity the initial order needed to be placed through Head Office, but that didn't matter to Aaron and his team, they communicated with me on numerous delays and made arrangements to get my items delivered when they did arrive.

On delivery Tyler and his partner were as awesome as the store staff making sure I was fully satisfied with the purchases and that I had no questions. They even apologized for not being able to take the boxes away which needed to be kept for 30 days in case of any claims.

We have visited the Brick - Woodstock NB numerous times. Every time we visit the staff is always curtious and friendly, they make it thier personal mission to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for; and are 100% satisfied.If they don't have what you had in mind they go above and beyond to find it! We recently had a brand new washer and dryer delivered to us from the Brick, due to malfunctions our delivery was rearranged from Saturday to the day after we phoned (to see if it could come earlier.) The delivery boys were so helpful and efficient! We are in the process of house renovations- and we know exactly where we will be shopping for our other appliances and household needs.
