Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woodstock

I order there all the time, but unfortunately I have to resort to ordering online and using carry out as I won’t know what to expect otherwise. Have called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and ordering online, and also got ripped off by a taxi driver as well.

If you’re ordering from here, try to show up early if it’s something simple as the estimated time is normally way off. This ensures your food hasn’t been heat lamped for 20 minutes.

Have gotten the wrong food/toppings over a handful of times as well. However, I noticed they changed management which has made a big difference in the morale so kudos for that.

Also be careful they don’t send your order to Woodstock, Ontario as that has happened countless times, even when choosing the Connell location.

Also, the buffet is not worth it at all. You will be disappointed unless you enjoy breadsticks and a couple pieces of leftover pineapple pizza...

ALSO, if you order online for delivery and choose “cash only”, get ready for an angry delivery guy arriving at your door since none of the taxi services in town carry debit machines. Debit machines cost them money and if you refuse to pay them cash, it’s perfectly acceptable but they will not be happy. Tried to order on line here in Woodstock New Brunswick, it would not take my address , so I phoned .The man that answered could hardly speak English , I had a hard time understanding what he was saying..I ordered. Super Supreme large Pizza,, after an hour & still no pizza I call the business ..The same guy answers , apologized & said it was on its way! Like no problem with that..The pizza itself was terrible, I always ordered this pizza so know what to expect, both my husband & I disliked it..there was extra sauce on it, ( swimming in fact) & all I could see was a sprinkling of veggies & all Pepperoni, didn’t see no sausage or any other meat at all ..very dissatisfied & probably be my last order from this particular Pizza Hut ..What a shame, I usually love this business & where I lived before , we ate there often...Iam not a happy customer at all, can’t rate this because...

I ordered pizza from this place online for delivery. At the payment options I selected Debit. So the delivery person got here and I had my debit card ready, then was told that it was cash only for delivery. Well, no one had called me and told me that and it doesn't say that anywhere on their website so because no one contacted me about it, they wasted the delivery girl's time. If they had contacted me and let me know that I couldn't pay with debit for delivery, I would have cancelled the order and saved the poor girl a trip. I was forced to cancel the order and they probably threw the food in the garbage when it got back to the store, even though they could have given it to me for free for the inconvenience that they caused.
