Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Woodstock

Me and husband went for a quick lunch to Pizza delight this past Sunday.

Ordered a pizza and a Panzeroti. Pizza was okay.

Panzeroti came with fries and a side of some sauce. So my husband poured some on his Panzeroti to taste and realized it had meaty texture to it. Since I am strictly vegetarian he told me to stop eating the Panzeroti. To our surprise the dip had beef in it ( the homemade special sauce). The server was like I totally forgot to mention

I mean really. You are serving beef to Indians. Atleast remember that your dipping sauce has pieces of beef in it. Respect your clients who are vegetarians.

We both work in food companies and know how important it is to respect cultures and their traditions.

Please team delight, we have no problem that you have beef or any meat in your sauces, but please make sure the server is properly trained and aware that a customer needs to be told when they are served something.

Decided we were going to order from Pizza Delight customer service was rude we ordered from our house phone thinking when we got there we were going to have what we ordered what we end up getting our order totally mixed up everything was wrong the pizza was wrong we had ordered the meal deal which was 2699 we ended up paying $87 and never got our money back so disappointed with the people that are working in Woodstock not to mention our pizza with half cooked they never put covers on our Donair Sox's so when we got home the Donair was all over our garlic fingers and when I told the lady that she had messed up our order and gave us a different order she called me a liar and said no that's what you ordered and I told her I said I'm sorry but I know what I ordered and this is not what I ordered I ordered the party pizza meal deal for 2499 not sure how our order comes in the 87$ but we never got any of our money back that will be the first and last time we ever...

I went into pizza delight with my boyfriend & daughter & had the worst experience! I am not one to write reviews, but we did not have a good time like others seem to have had. We were sat down & not given a menu till 20 minutes after. We ordered drinks, my ceasar came made wrong. We ordered food & then was told we could not order what we originally did. Then ordered something different & waited an hour for just our sides to be brought out then one of our main courses around 15 minutes later. We ended up getting the other main course to go as it was rang in wrong so they had to remake what I asked for. Meanwhile, we had to listen to two of the employees argue about a shortage in their cash for half the time there. Then one of them went to the window to the cooks & said “Not to be a pain in the a**, but do you have my salad!” Only giving a one star, cause the food we did receive was good, but was a total disappointment, unorganized & unprofessional.
