Subway — Restaurant in Woodstock

Absolutely the worst Subway around, doesn't even come close to what Subway is known for. The whole place is dirty, the counter they make the subs on is always messy, the veggies are half frozen because the refrigerator they're in has frost all over it. Beyond skimpy with the toppings and the bread is ALWAYS dry, Employees are so uninterested in what they're doing that the whole place needs a redo. Ordered a salad and got absolutely zero actual lettuce but a small handful of the shredded lettuce and some sandwich toppings, it doesn't look like that in the pictures, unacceptable. Most of my experiences are ok, every once in a while there's a mistake, however the last few times I go through drive thru, there seems to always be something. One day I ordered a 12" breakfast sandwich so I could have 1/2 of it saved for my lunch and then got to the window to pay, the total the lady gave me didn't seem right so I asked "are you sure it's only that much for a footlong?" and she looked back at the other lady making the sandwich and said she had only made a 6". I’d love to speak with a manager. Had a horrible experience with store cleanliness, and customer service. 8pm June 24 2024. Not looking to be compensated just want someone to be aware of how store is NOT being looked after.
