Full Moon Tavern — Restaurant in Woodstock

My wife visited for the first time today at lunch. Only one waitress was serving for a larger crowd (she did a fine job serving but the wait time was thereby slowed). Although the kitchen accommodated my wife’s gluten sensitivity for fish and chips when asked by grilling the fish, she was not asked about the fries but was asked if she wanted a side salad. She said yes and eventually received a small piece of grilled fish and the side salad only — no fries. My wife thought that maybe the salad was substituted for fries, but in the end was charged extra plus the full fish and chips price. She ordered tea as well but was told upon delivery that they had no milk for it. We waited over an hour to be served under cooked French fries and a chicken burger that was raw in the middle and extremely greasy. The 2 men who came in after us were served their meal, finished it, paid and were gone a long time before we were served. When I told the waitress the meal wasn’t cooked her only response was that they had 2 tables of 8 people come in together.
