Fantastic private gym conveniently located on Nathan Road TST. I was looking for a place to train without being tied into an expensive long term contract at many of the big chains. Prices are cheap and flexible for your needs; individual sessions or small blocks of sessions that become more economical the more you buy.

The gym is suitable for many trainees needs; well stocked with a variety of equipment including cardio machines, a power rack and barbell, enough weight for well over 100kg, dumbbells up to 35kg, kettlebells, some special bars e.g. trap bar and rogue neutral grip bar. It has many positives over the big chain gyms; as an example having round plates so you can deadlift from the floor properly which I could not at Goji.

The gym and equipment is clean and well maintained with changing and shower areas and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Whether you are in Hong Kong for a short time or the long term I highly recommend training at 12Gym.

A very nice gym with all the facilities available including shower rooms. The Gym is divided into 3 zones. Zone A consists of a bench press rack which can be adjusted to perform shoulder press and free bar squats as well, a multi - bench along with dumbbell weights upto 35kg are also available. Zone B consists of tread mills and a Smith machine, whereas Zone C consists of dumbells a multi bench and a lat specific multi machine. The owner is really friendly and we can book a slot upto 2 days prior and the best part is we can can have sole access to the zone during our reserved slot and the fees is also reasonable being around 400-600 hkd pm according to your usage timings. I would recommend his gym to anybody on a budget and there is a bonus too the gym is working on all days making it a flexible choice...

Cozy gym with nice equipments and privacy. I’m a frequent traveler that always visit and stay Hong Kong for a month or few days. Their plans are so flexible for me which 12GYM has one visit pass just only cost $80HKD for 75 mins. If I stay for a month, I always pay $650HKD for peak hour plan for a month since there is no contract. Please prepare Cash for the service. They do Appointments only.
