Short of it: I've been here three times so far. The first two times were fantastic. Well worth it! Third time I think the regular chef was on holiday... OK, but I'll be cautious of next visit. Long story: The pizza here is fantastic in my opinion. I think they have a proper pizza oven. The crust is almost a bit burnt and it's got a great texture; not too hard at all and not too soft. Really quite amazing. The other dishes such as risotto and noodle dishes were very perfectly cooked. Not too soft and gloppy, but not too undercooked. I was once in Italy and had similar risotto, so based on my experience it was so pleasant because I think risotto in Hong Kong tends to be overcooked. We also ordered a cheese appetizer, which was good, but disappointingly small. Unfortunately, the desserts are equally small. We did enjoy the desserts, but they don't really seem to be enough for even one person. So I have to say that the pizza is really the star of the shell and the risotto and the noodles are really good supporting actors. The second time we came was equally good. It was the third time that was a little bit of a disappointment. First of all, the pizza didn't seem to be properly or well cooked as the previous two times. It seemed a bit undercooked and a tiny bit spongy or soft. Also, the risotto, which we were hoping to have again was a bit undercooked and there were actually a little bit of hard grains of rice in the risotto, which was quite a big disappointment. We had come on Monday, which is the day they have by one get one free offer for some of the dishes. Unfortunately, this was really disappointing. Maybe the chef was off that day, or maybe Monday is the day the substitute chef comes in, I don't know. We will definitely try it again, but we will be cautious next time and we hope that the right chef is there. Every time though, the staff was very polite, fast and helpful, so that's a...

🍕 Diavola pizza Of course we can’t miss our pizzas in Pizza Pig! The thin crust is crispy on the edges yet soft and chewy in the center, providing an excellent foundation for the toppings. The tomato sauce has j ust the right amount of acidity to cut through the richness of the cheese and meats. The spicy salami brought a bold kick of heat that pairs beautifully with the melted mozzarella and black olives.
🍝 chicken Florentine orecchiette The orecchiette pasta is perfectly al dente, its cup-like shape capturing the creamy sauce in every bite. Fresh spinach adds a burst of color and a slight bitterness. The tender chicken pieces are generously portioned. Juicy cherry tomatoes provide a refreshing pop of sweetness, while the shaved parmesan on top adds a salty, nutty finish that ties the dish together.
🍗fried chicken strips Each strip boasts a golden-brown, crunchy coating that delivers a satisfying crackle with every bite. The breading is perfectly seasoned. The interior is a bit dry but is still tender. Its a good appetiser together with the creamy dip of mayonnaise and ketchup. And the portion size is generous, ensuring you have plenty to enjoy.

🥩Grilled Black Angus Ribeye Steak Normally pizzas go well with steak so got to try this delectable Black Angus ribeye. The steak is expertly grilled to perfection, with enough amount of juiciness. The grill marks on the exterior add a touch of visual appeal. However, as a steak lover, this is slightly tougher than desired.
🍕Signature Piggie Pizza 8” The signature dish, Signature Piggie pizza, is an absolute delight for meat lovers and pizza enthusiasts alike. The inclusion of pork knuckles, Italian sausage, chorizo, and cotta ham creates a symphony of savory and smoky flavors that meld together. Each meat component brings its own unique taste and texture. However, the meaty flavour might be a bit too overwhelming for non-meat enthusiasts. The generous topping of grilled bell peppers and red onions enhances the overall flavor profile, providing a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess. The homemade dough, although not overly crusty, gives a balance between softness and...
