Highly recommend to people who work or live near Airside.
Dinner in one of the 3 private rooms. Each room has its characteristics and is suitable for different parties.
Here’s what we had.
Appetizers and Dim Sum Japanese Hokkigai: Dry ice is placed at the bottom of the shell, and the smoke wafts out, which is very attractive and fairy-like. The Hokkigai are sweet and tender, and the spicy and fragrant ginger is added to sublimate the umami flavor. It is really delicious.
2.Char Siu made with Iberico Pork Fillet: glazed with French Longan Honey. It has a unique appearance! The barbecued pork is fat but not greasy, and it is very fragrant when grilled to the edge. It is worthy of being the restaurant’s signature dish.
Crispy Foie Gras Balls (Three pieces). Instantly fried crispy balls with crispy skin and soft glutinous texture. The foie gras filling is soft and delicious.
Black Swan Taro Pastry, Diced Pork, Preserved Radish (Three pieces): The appearance of the swan is very attractive. The body of the swan is made of pork and taro, and then bamboo charcoal is used to make it black. The head of the swan is made of biscuits. The whole snack is very well made. The outside is very crunchy but not crispy. It feels greasy, but the meat and taro paste inside make the taste match well.
Crystal Shrimp Dumplings(Three pieces): The skin of the shrimp dumplings is translucent and the shrimps inside are quite chewy.
Prawns rice roll: The presentation is very attentive and the visual effect is beautiful. The shrimp paste is sweet, juicy, and appetising.
Japanese Purple Sweeten Potato Lava Pastries: Crispy and sweet.
Barbecue Pork Pastries (Licorice Lemon): Crispy and rich of pork. The licorice lemon kind of overpowers the other flavors.
Main dishes:
King crab crispy rice
For the main dish, we ordered crispy rice-soaked rice. The portion is very rich and I believe it is enough for four people. The soup is smooth. You can add crispy rice yourself to add texture and rich layers.
Tiger Prawns Tiger Prawns in their shells braised with Green Pepper, which made them more numbing than spicy. Crunchy flavorful exterior with fresh tender flesh.
20-day-old pigeon smoked with coffee The skin is very crispy and the meat is very juicy.
Vegetables with soups
Deserts:
Black sesame pudding: It has an interesting appearance that makes you reluctant to eat it (Looks like a Lion in stone). The black sesame seeds are very fragrant and chewy when eaten. That's one of the signature desserts.
Double-boiled sweeten pears: Boiled with tangerine peel, Clear away heat and moisturize the lungs

Read moreLuna is a new Contemporary Chinese cuisine and it's probably the most expensive Chinese restaurant in Airside. 4 people we spend $928 HKD.
The service is pretty good and the waitress pour tea whenever she saw the cup is about to be empty.
I think almost every dim sum come in 3 pieces as they mentioned it on the menu, it's probably they want the customers to try our different variety of dishes / dim sum.
黑金鳕魚餃 (3 pcs.) $78 Cod fish seafood dumplings
A very different taste and the soup is delicious.
櫻花蝦鬆絲蘿蔔糕 (3 pcs.) $68 Radish Pudding. Minced Sergestid. Dried Shrimps
It was surprise how crispy it was.
Both Berkshire Pork Rice Roll ($78) and Fried Vermicelli were a late so we had to chase them, not sure if they forgot order.
If there is any celebration from time to time, can come here. The portion of the dim sum and dishes are not very big, however if you are the person with thick wallet can give it a try.
Overall the atmosphere is very nice and the tables have a big spaces so we can have a private conversation and not hear by others. Just give it a 4 star overall because we had to chase the 2 outstanding dishes which shouldn't be happening at this tier...
Read moreWe had the set menu, group of around 15 people. Perfect portion sizes for everyone and was left feeling more than satisfied.
Every dish was a delight to try, each with their unique spin on a classic, from sweet and tender char siu to what almost felt like a Chinese take on an Italian tomato salad but with winter melon.
I’m not normally a fan of roast chicken in Chinese restaurants, however here the chicken was paired with a uniquely strong spring onion sauce which was rich and felt more western in its pairing.
The pasta was also a surprise. At first glance it actually looks bland and not so appetising, but it is actually a host of fantastic flavours, slightly garlicky paired beautifully with the porcini mushrooms.
One in the party was a vegetarian and was accommodated. Also outstanding feedback for their vegetarian menu.
Overall a fantastic meal and would...
