Disappointing Service & Poor Hospitality - Won't Visit again

Visited on a freezing winter day, and the experience was far from welcoming. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, the staff made us wait outside without offering a seat. When we were finally let in, they deliberately seated us near the door (the coldest and worst spot) even though the entire place was vacant.

The manager (or who appeared to be in charge) was visibly impatient when we politely asked to change tables. We also had quite a lot of belongings and kindly requested an extra chair to place them—a simple ask given how empty the restaurant was. However, he immediately refused without explanation while still enforcing an unnecessary 45-minute dining limit. Ironically, even after our time was up, the restaurant remained mostly empty, so the rush made no sense.

what we ordered : Wagyu sirloin pizza $298 was ok but a bit pricey (still unacceptable given the rude service) The chicken parmigiana $168 was bland and tasteless. We had to ask three times just to get water—staff kept forgetting.

Overall, the rude, inattentive service and lack of basic hospitality ruined the experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options with respectful...

There are many new restaurants in Airside and we got to try out The Cipollini Pizzeria this time. It is an Italian eatery offering a vast selection of homemade pizza and pasta. The pet-friendly restaurant is located on the G/F with both indoor and outdoor seating, offering a relaxing vibe for its customers. We tried the following dishes during our visit and all are decent surprises:

The pizza has this delcicious thin crust, topped with a creamy bianca sauce and a generous amount of canadian ham and goeey cheese. Quail eggs are also added to enhance the layering and flavour of the recipe.

The squid ink linguine is another decent surprise. The pasta is cooked al-dente and it coats the flavourful seafood sauce which is infused with garlic, chilli and white wine perfectly.
