Disappointing Food Despite a Great Atmosphere

I recently visited a dog-friendly restaurant for lunch and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the atmosphere of the place was quite pleasant, and being able to bring my furry friend along was a definite plus. However, the food left much to be desired, ultimately overshadowing the positive aspects of the establishment.

Let's start with the lunch set, which was reasonably priced. It initially seemed like a good deal, but now I understand why it was so cheap – the quality of the food was simply not up to par. I opted for the steak and specifically requested it to be cooked rare to medium rare. Unfortunately, when my steak arrived, it was disappointingly well done. Moreover, it was riddled with tendons, making it difficult and unpleasant to chew. The lack of attention to detail in preparing the meat was truly disheartening.

Another issue I encountered was with the staff's responsiveness. Despite kindly asking them on three separate occasions to switch off the air conditioning on our side, they failed to fulfill our request. This oversight significantly detracted from our overall dining experience and left us feeling ignored and uncomfortable.

It's a shame because the restaurant had so much potential. The ambiance was inviting, and the fact that they welcome dogs is a definite plus for pet owners. However, the subpar quality of the food and the lack of attentiveness from the staff left me with a sense of disappointment.

In conclusion, while the atmosphere and dog-friendly policy were the highlights of this restaurant, the underwhelming quality of the food and the inattentive service prevent me from recommending it wholeheartedly. Rude! NEVER AGAIN I posted this on openrice, and it didnt get published. Openrice was obviously a scam too.

We booked the table on openrice and already noted our dogs would be coming. We also called the restaurant one hour prior to attending to confirm our seats with dogs. They confirmed our booking and dogs. We attended the restaurant slightly late (during to the red rain signal), they were so impolite kept yelling at us saying no booking and no half indoor dogs table left and kept pushing us to leave. ( and no outdoor as the rain was pouring) We said we booked on openrice and CALLED to confirm our booking and dogs availability prior to coming and please check with your staff. And they said they were too busy to check? It was horrendous rain we were all wet and they were just impolite. Note that it was still red signal rain, we waited till the rain less horrendous before running across to the restaurant whilst carring our 16kg corgi and two small dogs, all wet and trying to tell you we confirmed our booking. I honestly didnt mind if they told me "Oh so sorry you came late, we gave your seats away, sorry for not calling you", but your attitude and service was outrageous. We aren't beggers, trying to take advantage off you. We made a friday night plan to eat at your restaurant. Thank you for ruining it. And stop lying! The restaurant was full even if our dogs weren't there!! ( and normally, restaurants

I wasn't going to comment here but they marked us as no show on openrice and now made me even more furious. Let alone to say the mall was so full and our fantastised pet friendly meal was gone. So poor! In management and customer service. Will never TRY to go again even...

On Monday evening, I headed to Airside to explore some restaurant options and decided to go in Bellavista. I was looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. However, just as I was getting settled, suddenly heavy rain started pouring down. As customers from outside rushed in, I noticed that, despite the rush the staff at Bellavista remained calm and collected. What impressed me the most was their dedication to customer service. Even though the restaurant was busy and fully booked, the staff prioritized the needs of those who were caught in the rain, ensuring that everyone had a place to sit. Their teamwork was evident as they managed to rearrange tables efficiently, accommodating both new arrivals and those with prior bookings. As for the food, I was delighted by the delicious options on the menu. All dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients was apparent, and each bite was a delight.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend Bellavista to my friends and look forward to...
