Giving 5 stars because my partner enjoyed the clams, beef udon, and several types of sushi. The tamago was good and a bit special, made with yuzu peel. Grilled sweet potatoes were tasty as expected. As a vegetarian, I'm not excited about this place, but I recognize it's not for me. The ambiance is nice -- dark and intimate. There may be a wait, but you can watch the skaters below while you wait.

Came here for the brand new Shoukunin Sushi menu (an 8 sushi course consists of tuna, cockle, ark she'll Hokkaido bafun sea urchin with snow crab and more). The sushi were fresh and uniquely seasoned to enhanced the flavor. Remember to save some stomach space for dessert. The matcha marifuku with hojicja roll cake will wrap up your meal and put a big smile on your face.

平日到千両吃飯，大都是從餐牌上點選小食壽司，沒想到這裏竟然也有Omakase，由廚師發板選用最優質的時令食材，炮製各款鮮味壽司。 「職人魂」這個名字很特別，意思是指將日本最優質海產帶到岸上，漁獲經築地仲卸慧眼識別，一刀入魂。而這次「職人の鮨」就以十一貫演活築地魚鮮。 先來前菜，共有三款，分別是牛蒡醬油漬/味淋魚乾/魔鬼魚翅。 牛蒡口感爽脆，經醬油醃漬後，變得非常入味，微酸的味道令人胃口大開，而味淋魚乾的味道甜甜的，較軟身，蘸上沙律醬後享用會更滋味。而魔鬼魚翅口感香脆，魚翅骨亦令口感大增，咬口十足。 鯛魚壽司 鯛魚味道清新，肉質鮮嫩而結實，油份少，吃起來感覺清爽。 池魚壽司 池魚表面上以刀切割過，放了點薑蔥，令口感頓時豐富，而魚肉肉質爽口，脂香味濃，非常好吃。 帶子壽司 帶子用上北海道頂級帶子，肉質厚身肥美，味道超級鮮甜。 活赤貝壽司 東京灣活赤貝肉質外爽軟，口感細嫩，帶有濃郁海洋味道。 而師傅將貝肉及裙邊分開製成握壽司及軍艦，了兩種截然不同的口感，配上鬆軟的米飯，滋味度滿分。 鯖魚壽司 平日吃鯖魚，通常都是另外加白飯，但這次用來做鯖魚壽司，感覺又是另一番風味，鯖魚不經醃製，入口時油脂豐潤，口感嫩滑。 穴子壽司 穴子就是指野生海鰻，以日式味醂、醬油及清酒慢火煮至軟身，入口即溶，鮮味十足。 特上吞拿魚壽司 特上吞拿魚用上魚背的赤身，口感結實，脂肪量少，再於上層配上綿滑吞拿魚蓉，令整件壽司變得更鮮味。 大吞拿魚腩海膽壽司及中吞拿魚腩海膽壽司 我絕對是拖羅的粉絲，這兩款壽司分別用了大拖羅及中拖羅，大拖羅口感較肥美油潤。而中拖羅配上頂級海膽，入口柔滑，帶點入口即溶感覺。 日本直送海膽壽司 海膽超級肥厚鮮甜，放入咀入慢慢溶化，餘韻悠長。 千両特製厚燒甜蛋 不要以為這款厚燒甜蛋平平無奇，其實師傅用上木魚餚成的濃湯，再混合糖及醬油於蛋漿內，所以口感極度鬆軟，蛋香味濃，豐美馥郁。 甜品方面，廚師安排了青森蜜瓜給我們，蜜瓜帶點金黃色，入口清甜多汁，味道濃郁，果肉厚實，亦為這一餐劃上完美句號。

The quality of all Senryo chain restaurants are basically the same. Joining their VIP will have some special offers like birthday discounts. Besides sashimi and sushi, they also have a wide range of hot dishes which is tasty too. Queues can be long though

A fair deal overall. The little bowl of beef udon was actually the best dish of the meal. The look of it was so unattractive. But it tasted so good from meat, udon to soup that I went straight on finishing it and forgot to photo.

Upgraded version of Genki. Spacious and good food. Come here two times in 1 month. Week day set lunch is of high value. Week end a-la-carte is Oyishi too! Sushi is of high quality and portion is reasonable! Big thumb up!!
