was really looking forward to trying out Greyhound at Festival Walk because I'd heard some good things about the menu. Unfortunately, the service I received was so off-putting that it ruined the whole experience for me, and I won't be returning. Our server, who was Filipino, was seriously rude. There was no welcome, no smile - nothing that made me feel like a valued customer. It felt like every request we made was a huge bother to them. Even simple questions about the menu seemed to annoy our server, who would just give short, snappy answers. The worst part was how our server handed over the receipt -it was almost like it got thrown at us. Plus, being addressed with a "What?!" when trying to get their attention was just plain disrespectful. I get that everyone has bad days, but this was beyond that. It really impacted our meal, and not in a good way. The management really needs to improve customer service quality. Good service can make or break the dining experience, and it's clear there's significant room for improvement here. I hope this feedback helps because I believe no one should have to deal with such an unwelcoming atmosphere, especially when they re out to...

Update in July 2023: I am sad to report, it is no longer my original comment of "Always a good eat.". The amount of crab did go back up a bit for a while between now and 2020 but it just went way less again to almost non-existing now. 😔. Like I said, you can raise the price but you cannot drop the food quality.

There is also a minimum charge of HKD$100 per person now, which isn't too much of a problem given their raised prices.

Update in June 2020:- After hit of COVID-19 through out the world, I found an opportunity to eat out again and came here only to find their Cream of Corn with Crab soup has reduced size and now with just a tiny bit of crab. I don't like corn soup and it was the good taste and the large amount of crab that made this one of my favourite soups anywhere. I understand business has gone way tougher through out this COVID period but the thing is, do you want customer return businessss or not?! You can raise the price but you cannot drop your food quality. I would have paid twice the amount for the...

I think the menu is too big. None of the dishes were good. There is no quality control. The shrimps from two separate dishes were soggy, which shows it was cooked a long time ago. The Hainanese chicken was dry. The jasmine rice was the driest I've ever had. The soup was very salty. The portion for the deep-fried squid appetizer was very small. Not worth the price.

The greyhound special iced tea cannot have zero sugar. Only less or normal.

Servers do not know their own menu. More proof of the menu being too big.

Everyone in our party of six said the food is too salty. We were all dying of thirst. The free water provided is undrinkable.

It's a nice design of the restaurant. Sitting outside is nice and bright. Inside is dark...

I remember Greyhound as a better restaurant, in terms of food, service or literally EVERYTHING. Seemed like they only managed to keep up with the price. They have changed the menu from time to time, which was only right to do it but apparently without much luck. I thought they served better food then, now it was a mere pass. When food wasn’t that good, you sure did need better service to cover its back. They didn’t have it here. What’s left when a restaurant has neither? Hilariously in Greyhound they got broken dinnerware. In my humble opinion Greyhound is going down, at least this particular branch is. Sad. Dining experience in May 2019: Service: 1.5 out of 5 Food: 2.5 out of 5 Cleanliness: 4 out of 5 Price: 2 out of 5
