Just had lunch with my wife and kid at this restaurant on Sunday. Absolutely terrible. 1.Poor service from waitress - there was a waitress with strong Mandarin accent did not even provide adequate water or tea, just say our tea is come in cup and never come in pot. I need plenty of tea for my wife and kid and she ends up gave me 5 cups of tea instead. Interesting service. It is NOT children friendly - bring children out to have meals can be difficult. If you don't like to serve that's fine but just stop yelling to my wife and kids when we ask for help. We got complain by a couple who is regular customer that our kid is noisy, good on both of you, low grade restaurant for low grade customers. They state is typical Shanghainese food and the taste is just horrible, size is small and it's not that cheap.
If you happen to have spare money, go and get something better and I think the management of Festival Walk should end the relationship with this restaurant. It just downgrading ...

Ordered the xiao long bao which was ok. The mung bean noodles with cucumber and chicken was average (wouldnt ordered again) and the pork chop (not too bad but looked different from picture) and dan dan noodles was a let down. The sauce/soup was too peanuty and also had chunks of peanut which didn’t tickle my fancy. Heard the table next to us return their morning glory vegetable fish. It looked pretty plain and basic to me for them to complain that it was way too salty. Overall, a unsatisfying experience and the bill was $370 for lunch which was not cheap for HK standards. Unfortunately I’ll not be...

Not sure if because everyone is wearing a face mask these days, all the servers there seemed very sad with a long face. Even though I tried to talk to them in a friendly tone of voice and a smiling face, they all seemed they had woken up on the wrong side of their beds. With the price on the menu, I would certainly expect a little more from...
