(我這個review,中英都有)It's just mainly a big car park, a composite building of car park and shopping place (not mall, very small and less options). The height of ceiling is short, you can feel pressure, just like walking inside a car park only. A business version of subdivided flats.
The floor plan of the building is almost a one way lane. You don't have to decide which shops you liked and wanna go, this creates a passive attitude to customers, just like someone is rudely delivering leaflets to you. So, the floor plan that the developer designed is completely fail.
V Walk is originally designed for youngsters. Most of the shops isn't down to earth, together with the design of the floor plan, actually, youth group doesn't like that, not a place for treasure hunt. It's just like a poverty/subdivided flats version of Elements. But it's a good gathering place for elderly, housewives & their children.
Read moreA small, modern and well-maintained mall owned by SHK Properties above Nam Cheong MTR station. There is a supermarket and a variety of mid-priced ranged shops for skincare, cosmetics , fashion, jewellery as well as cafes and restaurants. There is even a small cinema. You won’t find luxury brand names like Gucci or Prada here but the excessive number of jewellery shops ( at least six) speaks to the kind of clientele the mall attracts or residents at the residential property above it. Take the footbridge across the road to the nearby public housing estate where you will find a small covered “wet” market selling fresh fruit and vegetables and shops of a more “practical” nature like electrical, household and a pets shops . There’s even a McDonald’s and a number of noodle, congee and fast food outlets.
A nice place to explore that’s conveniently accessed by MTR to relax to have a quick lunch or coffee....
