JST Hotel — Hotel in Hong Kong

This is NOT a hotel but more like an AIRBNB.1. No daily cleaning and changing of sheets/towels. In our 5 night stay, no housekeeping was made. Our towels were replaced ONLY ONCE but at first, they replace it with a disposable one. Not until I insisted we wanted the real 'bath towels'2. We were charged 300 HKD only because my friend accidentally left the room with the keycard inside.3. They won't clean your garbage. You have to put it downstairs in the GF and we were in 4F.4. Bed was hard, almost no cushion and aircon was loud. 5. The water pressure is good, though. Location is nice too near Sam Shui Po station. Other than that, nothing really good about this 'HOTEL (which is not acting like a HOTEL)' 6. Frontdesk is only from 11am-6pm so most of the time, no one is available for inquiries...

“Perfect Stay for a Solo Traveler!”I had a great experience staying at JST Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. Sorry to write like this but have to be honest for other travelers. The room was dirty, sink and bath plugs dirty from previous guests. No room service the 5 days we were there. Power did not work for 2 nights. We messaged the manager on the whatsapp we were given but no reply. Fuse would blow with 2 lights on. There was never anyone at reception to discuss...
