When it comes to phō in Hong Kong, I only have one place in mind, and I must visit once a month, it starting with "N" and ending with "G". So, there is where my standards are for phō stand. What the Phō, their phō I can say is near to my favorite place, almost give them full five stars, but there's missing key points from them, not enough bean sprouts, and the critical, no coriander! How come eating hot phō without a coriander? That's blasphemy 😤 #joking We ordered > One what the phō (their signature) > One beef phō > One chicken curry with rice > side dishes are Naan (which actually prata instead of naan) and garlic bread, nice but cold Here are my personal reviews, and start with pro + nice soup broth + beef cooked to perfection, including the beef tripe soft, but still have chewy texture, the beef ball is the star, so juice and fresh its pops when I bite + proper jasmine rice + Good service from the staff Cons - no coriander on the phō! - no bhan mi (I eat my phō with bean mi) - Curry is too sweet for my liking - Small establishment, with their price range almost similar with nhatrang, they should have bigger space Final verdict: Would I come back? Maybe because nearby my home, and bring my own fresh coriander. Would I recommend it? Maybe no or maybe yes, depending on who I will recommend.

Was able to reserve a table on-line for our lunch meeting and got our table without waiting. Food presentation adds to the dishes appeal.
