Fukuoka Hambageu (Nam Cheong) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I walked past this place a few times and thought the "Fukuoka Hamburg" looked quite unique, so I decided to give it a try.

The staff were quite young and seemed a bit inexperienced, but they were polite and friendly.

Since it’s called “Fukuoka Hamburg,” I assumed it would be a classic Japanese-style hamburg steak. But surprisingly, their main focus was actually Korean beef.

The cooking method was interesting—you cook the patty yourself on a hot stone. The staff explained how to do it, but they weren’t wearing masks and kept talking while standing close to the food. I couldn’t help but worry about hygiene.

The patty itself was very oily. I guess without all that oil, it wouldn’t cook properly on the hot stone. As for the taste, it was just average.

Overall, it was more of a fun experience than a delicious meal. Honestly, I would have preferred a properly cooked, juicy hamburg...

「福岡漢堡扒」真系令我驚喜到爆呢！好多朋友一直話我一定要嘗嘗佢地嘅漢堡扒，今次終於有機會來食，而且仲點了兩人套餐，實在太好啦！

首先佢地嘅環境真系好舒服，店裡有種清新又放鬆嘅氛圍。由入座開始，我就深深地感受到有種貼心體貼嘅服務態度，好有親切感。

說到今次嘅主角「漢堡扒」，絕對系亮點中嘅亮點。端上了一個熱騰騰的石板,表面散髮著陣陣誘人的香氣。率先上碟嘅系「菠蘿煙肉韓牛漢堡扒」，睇落就已經吸引得食指大動。漢堡扒滿滿嘅牛肉，配埋香甜爽口嘅煙肉同香濃嫩滑嘅芝士，仲有新鮮爽脆嘅菠蘿，簡直系天衣無縫。咬下第一口，份量好足夠，肉質幼嫩多汁，煙肉同牛肉嘅鮮味交織，仲帶有少少煙薰香氣，令我不由自主發出贊嘆聲。

「芝士蛋蒜韓牛漢堡扒」，表面金黃酥脆，切開後流出嘅芝士更是誘人至極，仲配搭外表鬆軟內裡蓬松嘅麵包，好滿足。單單就芝士呢樣，已經足夠令我口水直流。之後就連同蒜香濃郁嘅牛肉一齊咬下去，咀嚼間口感層次豐富，香氣撲鼻，實在太贊了。 整個烹煮過程有趣，讓我徬佛化身一名大廚，倍感成就感！ 而且在品嘗的同時，還能欣賞到漢堡扒在石板上滋滋作響的景象，更增添了用餐的樂趣~
