Hotel Los Tres Pinos — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

I arrived a bit after 23:00, after traveling for 12 hours from Peru. Only to discover there was no one there and that the reception was already closed. When I called the hotel they told me the reception was only there till 23:00 and that I was 10 minutes too late... However: in their e-mail and advertisement they write that they have an 24-hour reception. And I also wrote them that I would arrive later beforehand. ||||They didn't want to come back to let me in. So I was in the middle of the night in Bogota, after traveling for 12 hours and with no cash on me to take a taxi to find another hotel. Worst experience ever. ||||They also never contacted...

El hotel bueno la señoras muy amables.Rl dueño o administrador un sr muy grosero además ,salí a tomar algo y al regresar no abrió y en la mañana tampoco toco esperar que saliera alguien. Le hago el reclamo y me dice que es política del hotel. Si me aclaran eso de entrada no me hospedó. Por este gran y inconveniente no...
