I had such an amazing experience working with Leticia on an all-day excursion to Minca’s eco farms. So much that I booked another full day getaway with her when I realized I had an extra free day on my trip! She really paid close attention when I expressed my interest to visit those farmers who are focused on permaculture growing, sustainability, and health and wellness for individuals and the planet. Additionally she knew most of these places were really hard to get to and helped secure a driver with a jeep for the full day. I knew I wanted to visit Minca my first day and she designed my itinerary so that we can visit all the places and have sufficient time in each. On my 2nd free day, she surprised me with an all-day adventure to Paso Del Mango where I got to visit another permaculture farm (and had a massage and healing bath in the river), as well as a fantastic cacao farm and mango farm. Leticia is a total gem. We are a couple of seniors, and she took very good care of us. She arranged for a private snorkeling tour and discouraged us from staying in a very noisy tent area in Tayrona Park. Her recommendations were spot on, perfect for us. She suggested that we take a taxi, (arranged by her), and then walk to our cabin in the park and then we took the boat back. (It is less rough returning than going.) She told us where we could swim, and where we couldn't. She even arranged for us to have the best seats on the boat and put us on the bigger boat. (Sometimes it pays to play the geezer card). She is a native, so really knows the area, and the people well and we very much benefited from her local knowledge. She was honest and never promised anything she couldn't deliver. This place is awesome - after days of struggling to get by with our high school level Spanish we were losing hope. We tried to book a tour with the street vendors to go to Tayrona but they speak so fast we couldn’t figure out what all they were offering...

We came to Ventura as a last effort and there was Leticia ❤️ Her English is incredible and she was able to explain in full detail what transportation she recommended. We wound up booking a shuttle there and a boat back. She saved us money and time. She also saved us from the motion sickness of a boat ride to Tayrona.

If you are having a hard time with the language barrier or want someone you can trust I highly recommend this place. They could’ve made more money off us by booking the boat both ways but advised us better than that. Thank you so...
