Half-decent fish 'n' chips, but could most definitely be improved. Currently wouldn't really recommend it, you can probably find better.
The fish was well cooked, which was the main (only?) selling point. It felt like the batter was maybe too salty while the fish itself was perhaps not seasoned? The remoulade was mostly mayo - mayo as a side could definitely be a thing, but should then be advertised as such. As a remoulade, it most definitely needs to be improved.
A sign outside said that everything was home made, but the fries absolutely were not (I saw them being poured out of a freezer bag, and you could tell by the shape and quality anyway).
The dish is also missing something acidic to cut through the richness - I love malt vinegar with classic fish 'n' chips, but since this is a slightly "danified" version one could use something else. A slice of lemon could work, or perhaps thinly sliced pickled cucumber ("agurkesalat"). As it is now, it's just too fatty and salty, which something acidic (and perhaps slightly sweet, like the agurkesalat) would help balance.
