Svaneke Brød & Svaneke Blomster is a delightful combination of bakery and flower shop that shouldn’t be missed. The bread and pastries are homemade, ecological, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the sourdough bread, which was reasonably priced at just 34 DKK, and the hawthorn pastry. The pastry stood out for being perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—which I personally find refreshing, especially compared to many other Danish pastries.

Sure, the bread is better than the one you can get in the supermarkets but their sourdough buns are super compact, not light and airy.
