Where to start... Long queue, like way too long... So I expected to get something nice in there. No idea what's wrong with people's buds, but if I've tasted once this ice cream I won't be returning for more. Especially when I pay double for quality which cannot be compared even with the less popular Danish brands. I expected to get a tasty ice cream for the price of 48dkk for 3 scoops, something like the very nice Svaneke IS which is obviously not anymore ALIVE (I guess bad branding killed it, not the amazing taste). In stead I got a very very sugary mixture, which I hope was indeed made of local milk. Service could be better and quicker too. Not to mention they haven't updated on Google Maps the temporary closure of their other outlet in the centre of Svaneke and we ended up walking between...

Superb Icecream, unusually light and refreshing. Many varieties, new and special such as Porter/Rye, SeaBuckthorn as well as more traditional. Coffee is also served and very nice welcoming staff.

Tied for best icecream in Bornholm with Chris and Mario in Gudhjem but wins out due to the wonderful backgarden planted with a lot of the varieties they have in their icecream, Chestnut, Almond, Pears, Apples, Red Currants etc.

Staff very nice and serviceminded, be prepared for queues in highseason but it's usually worth the wait. Well worth a visit ...

It's a little sad that after trying their strawberry ice cream, all Finnish ice cream tastes like cardboard in my mouth. Their ice cream doesn't taste like a mess of industrial essences; it tastes like the real fruit, and with perfect consistency to boot (just a little bit flaky but not too much; yet it manages to melt in your mouth -- and all this in 28-degree weather! bravo I say!). The bar itself is delightfully cozy to eat in, especially the little backyard. It's a bit pricey, but worth...
