CASA LOKO Apartments — Local services in Al Baairat Village

Apartments are very comfortable with good working AC. Reliable wifi. At first, staff was kind and available for any needs. The location is a little far from the river but still more peaceful and relaxed than the east bank; and most places offer free delivery if needed. There is a market next door for water and snacks. Wolf restaurant next door also offers great food and they will deliver. The relationship with the staff did change however, after I started booking transports on my own. Sunrise breakfast was no longer offered before our activities and the demeanor became colder. They even confronted the driver (whom they connected me with on the first day) and belittled him, yelling at him in front of us multiple times, throwing us under the bus which made us very uncomfortable. Not ok behavior. Also, we ordered lite breakfast snacks five out of the seven mornings but when we went to pay the bill at checkout, they had charged us the full breakfast (which is much more expensive and includes many additional items that we didn’t receive). We traveled as a group of two girls and were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Casa Loko was great and they can arrange all of your tours for you! You can take a private or a public boat to another side and it only takes about 10 minutes and then you can walk or ride to the temples of Karnak and Luxor, Hilton or Sofitel for sunset or afternoon tea. It is also on the same side as Valley of the Kings and Queens so all the main tombs and temples you will be visiting on this side anyways! (You will need a driver of course). We really liked the apartment, it’s new, clean and spacious, not many countries have rooms this size so cheap! It felt too big for two people even! Can surely fit a group of 4😅😅 it’s a very quiet and peaceful place, away from the city, no one will bother you and you get a glimpse of the local life which was very interesting and authentic experience! Very nice place to stay in Luxor. People are very friendly, you are considered like someone who's part of their family.

The flat is clean, nothing to say about that. There is a nice pool, there are deckchairs to rest after a swim. You can eat and drink some fresh juices and other drinks.

I love the way they designed the place, trees and plants are illuminated with colored lights, it's just beautiful to see at night.

Nice food, you can eat local food but you need to ask before.

If you need to go on sightseeing early in the morning, they will call a taxi and organize everything.

Everything is clean inside, the beds are conformable and the rooms are well illuminated. You can cook, and there is a fridge.

You really need to book Casa Loko if you're seeing for a nice place to stay in Luxor.
