Average coffee, really bad "Ice Chocolate" - Literally warm bottled milk chocolate and added Ice, expensive for the price, very loud music that people can't even talk with each other, not a good place to study, very annoying female Batista - When asked to lower the volume of the music if possible as all the people sitting were studying she was very rude and said that she can't lower the volume and that each song is different in volume so if she lowers it some songs might not play (which isn't the case. All songs even calm ones were extremely loud). And even when taking the order and trying to pay she was so rude with the customers.

The only good thing was a male barista who was understanding and tried to lower the...
