I visited Second Cup mall of Arabia Cairo with my Husband and children on 13 July 2019 Coffee and atmosphere was great. My issue was with the servant/ cashier. I ordered two small Turkish coffee, 1 Caramel Corretto and 2 hot chocolate. The lady took the order and did not provide me with the receipt but gave the following customer the receipt so I asked for it, she immediately gave me the Turkish coffee. I took it and placed it on the table went back to her and asked her again. She finally gave it to me. I took it reviewed it as my daughter was waiting for her caramel corretto an noticed that she has charged me for 4 Turkish coffee. I went back she told me that because the order was double. I wasn’t convinced and left. My daughter took her order. She also noticed that she has charged her for an extra shot although she hadn’t requested for it. They were 3 girls working (serving and doing barista work), one of them confused professionalism with letting a new customer order before another who arrives earlier -me- finishes her order/puts in her points.

I first came up to her to ask if there's wifi. She said wait.. Then, after taking my order and payment, she said: I will put in your points later on the app.

Before I left, I came up to another girl, she wasn't informed how to add points after I pay. Then, the first girl said: I will do it, but she continued to take in orders from incomers and told me to wait!
