Opticien Lourdes - La Lunetterie — Local services in Argelès-Gazost

Great selection of frames and really friendly staff. We stopped at the shopping center to grab breakfast at the bakery next door as we made our way out of Lourdes. La Lunetterie’s displays stopped us at our tracks and we walked in to try a couple frames. We are from the US and we do not get fun/stylish frames without it costing over $400. The sales associate was very sweet and helpful. She barely spoke English and we barely spoke French but we communicated through gestures and smiles. At some point there were 4 of us from our group looking at frames. The other associate even started showing us other features of the glasses we were looking at. As a tourist in Lourdes, I had a problem when a screw fell out of my glasses. I walked into this shop, and they helped me right away. They not only replaced the screw but also reinforced it with strong glue. I didn't have to pay anything....
