I rented a surfboard and wetsuit here for the week, and the experience was excellent. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and gave great advice about board sizes and surf conditions. Everything was in perfect condition, and the prices were fair for the quality.

The shop has a relaxed and professional vibe, and you can tell the team really knows their stuff. They made the rental process easy and flexible, which was great for someone surfing daily.

ATTENTION ! Pratique frauduleuse + Cette boutique ne rembourse pas en cas de retour d’un article (en parfait état dans son emballage rendu 10min après sont achat). Elle ne propose qu’un avoir valable dans cette boutique uniquement et sur 3 mois… seulement !

Même si vous galérez a trouver à peu près l’acompte dans le magasin : 40€ pour ma part (d’articles dont vous n’avez pas vraiment besoin finalement), le gérant ne fera aucun geste même pour 2€ (Pour cause informatique soit disant).

Pourtant le même gérant offre une wax à un client pour l’achat d’un skim. Bref, les contraintes informatiques sont aléatoires apparemment.

Même si vous êtes un habitué comme moi, il vous faudra débourser entre 150 et 200€ lors de votre visite pour bénéficier d’une attention (dixit le gérant lui-même).

Attention également aux pratiques frauduleuses, vérifiez bien votre ticket de casse. J’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que le gérant avait « omis » de mettre le ticket de caisse après échange dans mon sac. Après être retourné à la boutique il m’a fourni le ticket d’un seul article à 6€ et non le ticket des 42€ totals dépensés. Je m’en suis rendu compte chez moi seulement…

Bref c’est dommage j’aime bien cette marque mais je déconseille cette boutique.

Tips: chez Quicksilver ils remboursent sans faire d’histoire au retour...
