Amazing service provided here in this ski rental. The welcoming was always warm and always attentive who was coming through the door with eye contact and a smile on every member of staff. I had to come back a day after realising the boots were a bit tight when skiing and they handled it positively like it is something normal to them. Highlight to Yannis who among the staff stood out for his gentle approach, recommendations and advice that was very useful, keep up the good job, is not very easy to find really good customer service this days. Note to some surprising bad reviews I have seen that people complaining about stuff, like prices for example, the prices are all the same in Chamonix. Skiing is not a cheap sport wherever you go and if you go to Chamonix, a premium and classic location I don’t know what you expect ! Use google for good purpose and search how much you are going to spend in things before travelling might be...

last 2 years I rented my ski and boots here, this year I left my ski in front of the place and somebody took it mistakenly then I was miserable, seeking for help then I asked help from the owner of this place but he was just telling me "you should pay for skis" even I told him "there's another ski left in the same place and looks same". he refused to help. random people outside helped me to find my skis, we reached out the guy who took my skis then he came back with my skis. I will not gonna rent from here again cause the owner was absolutely into money not into helping people who actually gave him money for insurance... horrible behaviour! most of the people in chamonix are great even there's this type of people just thinking about money -only good at judging you...-

Very friendly, skilled and helpful worker. Agreed on a price for one day hire for me and my wife. A good price but still far from a bargain. When returning skis the owner refuses to accept the price given, even though he overheard the agreement. Had to get the helper and he was given a bad mouth from the owner. I said we will only accept the agreement and paid that. He didn’t say a word and looked the other way very arrogant. Other people we traveled with had similar experiences. Seems more interested in money than to provide decent service. Will not...
