Worst gym ever. Really don’t go there unless this is your last choice. Very bad climatisation, extremely crowded and very dirty. Also, the most important thing is that i did my subscription on the first day, and the staff did not mention anything about preavis 1 month before cancellation. I did not like the gym at all on the first day so i wanted to do the first month and stop. They made me pay the second month even though i told them since the first day that i want to stop so this is the ‘preavis’ even though i did NOT know anything about this rule and no one mentioned this to me while explaining the offers. This is pure unprofessionalism and taking advantage of your clients. The staff was mistaken for not telling me and still when i told him this he put the fault on me that i did not ask, as if its my duty to think about the rules of each gym. I stress on the fact that he was extremely rude to me and i was the one who’s right. He kept on insisting that it is my fault i should’ve known or asked.. After reading all the reviews after my story, i see that im not the only one… I really think he did it on purpose not to mention the cancellation policies when i asked him 2 times about the offer without engagement. Both times he told me i can cancel ANYTIME. They are trained to rip people off really. A mistake could be done the first time i came to ask (one week prior to my subscription) but not twice (the day of my subscription i asked again the same person and yet no mentioning of this préavis of 1 month). I also wrote a huge email explaining this to the ‘manager’ and of course he said i should pay the second month as well :) Total deception and rip off. Really...

Salut Je suis allé à Finess Park car le basic fit de ma rue étant trop petit c'était toujours blindé même à 6h... et il y avait 2 3 machines qui m’intéressait... c’est l’heure du bilan, en sachant que mon ancienne salle est à 6min de chez et le FP à 25min : trop de monde à toute heure !!! Tourner à trois autour d’une poulie ou autour du butterfly non merci, les poids libres,c’est pas compliqué j’ai jamais pu en prendre un ou m’asseoir sur un banc. donc je viens à 6h comme à mon ancien clubs au final, sauf que je dois me lever à 4h30 du mat’ du coup... et là, je me demande à quoi servent les vestiaires puisque les adhérents tapent des sprints pour avoir leur machine ou plutôt LEURS MACHINES car on dirait que la salle leur appartient , posant leur sac et leurs affaires par terre tranquilou... et c’est toujours les mêmes, ils ont l’air d'être bien connues et donc font ce qui veulent comme laisser leur serviette sur une machine et se barrer discuter à l’autre bout de la salle ,du coup personne ne touche la machine...sauf l’autre moitié du couple ben oui celle qui disait aux courageux qui bougeaint la serviette que son autre moitié était dessus...et du coup ben elle est pour elle quand elle a fini sa serie sur sa machine !!! Autre comportement toxique, vu qu’il n’y a pas de surveillance ou contrôle à cette heure, les monsieurs superset qui ont privatisé la salle, et ils ne prêtent pas leur jouet les vilains ! A une époque il était de bonne éducation de préciser la teneur de son superset que chacun arrange l’autre, à ma dernière altercation le mois dernier quand on m’a dit "c’est ma machine, je n’ai pu réprimé un sourire en disant enchanté de vous connaître mr Technogym" (il n’a pas rie 🤔)... je me suis senti obligé de partier sans finir car il me regardait en chien de fusil et venait mater mes charges en souriant. j’ai rien à dire sur le personnel, je ne les ai jamais vu dans la salle même aux heures de pointe ,juste celui qui fait gardien/ménage le matin à 6h... et qui fait son taff...les autres c'est 1 ou 4 derrière l’accueil et pas un bonjour. les vestiaires : ça sent mauvais,et c’est sale, toilettes sans papiers,portes de casiers cassées, casiers occupés sans cadenas la machine à boisson vitaminé qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 demandant les informations adhérents mais ne vous trouve pas ou une fois sur 6 avec le QR code.

Bilan, décevant....mon ancienne salle à rouverte 24/24...et je m’y suis réinscrit et c’est plus agréable, plus civilisé... peut être une idée à mettre en place ? Évidemment je vais rester, mon abonnement s’arrête en août, c’est mon côté masochistes.

In the 2 months I've been in this gym ive been denied access multiple times because there are issues with the card readers, today it was snowing and minus temperatures, when i got there i was informed, along with a bunch of other people, that now i need to download an app (that i don't want) , the process to login, download it and such is slow and flawed , that stunt cost everyone around at least 20 minute's, if there was an alternative gym to this one i would take it, one star because you can't give 0, it's not worth it if every once in a while they sabotage your limited time to workout.👎👎👎👎👎 At least they could have sent an email or text message to let you know about the changes, they ruined my workout because I had limited time to come here...
