I was here on business. Although the staff, restaurant and other amenities were perfect, I can only give 3 stars due to old style card readers which do not work as they should. The room card reader was not easy to spot, even with blue light circle. once the card was in it took a minute or so for lights to come on. Luckily the AC & TV worked without a card. As I checked in late, I didn't bother with the wait for the card to activate, I did this early AM, There was some fusebox in around the wardrobe making clicking noise as if it had some sparks noises. Not a safe and irritating noise which happens every 10 min. This happens only when the card is plugged in on the reader. The hotel needs an update. I stayed on the premium floor, so it's a basic issue. Breakfast, Staff and other amenities are all great.

The first room I was checked into was not clean. There were traces of feaces in the toilet bowl. The heat was also not working and when I called down to the front desk I was told someone is coming to check. No one came and I called again. I was then told someone was coming and if I was switched rooms and had the same issue in another room, I would not be moved again. I was offended because that assumed it was my fault. Again no one came and in the dead of winter, in my pyjamas I packed up everything to go to the front desk. I was given another room that was clean with working heat and all was well from there. Check my review history, I rarely have anything negative to say. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. The hotel received this feedback as well and took no action.

Very pleasant atmosphere, clean and well-equipped rooms (an upgrade to premium is worth to try), several nice restaurants around, superb Radisson quality breakfast. Taking into consideration the fact, that it is "outside" of the main Paris area (just cross the street :0), the value-for-money is well-balanced. Proximity to several attractions, for soccer and tennis lovers, as well as morning runners. Public transportation highly recommended for an easy access to any place ...

we recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Boulogne Paris, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to public transportation and major attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shout-out to the General Manager Loïc, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We were even surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which allowed us to enjoy a spectacular view of the city and the fireworks display.

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were of high quality. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's bar and restaurant also provided excellent dining experiences, with a menu that catered to all tastes.

A special mention must go to Samira, whose exceptional service and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. She ensured that we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to our experience.

In addition to the fantastic service and amenities, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety was evident throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable.

Overall, the Radisson Blu Boulogne Paris exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay...

They've literally stolen money from me.||||I was on a business trip to Paris visiting a client of ours, staying at the hotel was as such quite pleasant, but on checking in I was greeted with the possibility that I'd be upgraded to a different room - obviously I didn't say no, and maybe it happened maybe not, couldn't tell the difference - but a nice gesture (This becomes relevant later).||||I then get my key (not plural) my one key, to my room (not plural) that I booked and had a booking number for.||||Upon checking out all is good, I get my invoice for (1 room), I go home and have to upload receipts of course, I see I've been charged twice, slightly different amounts, but still.||||I mail them once, and they come back to me saying that the extra charge is for the second room I booked, but I can get back to them if I need further clarification.. And so it begins..||||I wrote them back stating the above explanation, and my best guess here was that (considering my booking still doesn't state 2 rooms) that the confusion maybe could have happened because of the upgrade?||||However now months later, me writing 3 emails to them - I've yet to get a reply - The service provided by this hotel is what I would expect of a shady B&B, not a large chain.||||I will still accept if they can provide real proof that I messed up with the reservation, that the error was on my side - and I'd argue still considering I didn't use the room, the Hotel would consider not charging for that, but even this dialog has been impossible with them.||||I can not recommend this hotel, and I will obviously not only stop using them going forward, but make sure anyone I know who frequent them will stop also, unless this gets resolved - this can't possibly be how you deal with...
