Showroom Hichenora — Local services in Grasse

Edit: after I got the review reply from she shop two weeks ago, I again reached out via email to ask for solutions. Unfortunately, I had not received an answer to this day. I will keep this 1-star-review as is.

I don't usually give bad reviews but I am so disappointed in this experience, I had to share it. I went there and bought 3 pieces, the saleswoman was very nice and helpful when I tried them on. When I wore one piece for the first time, a lash ripped after 5 minutes. My friend fixed it for the moment, but we went back to talk about this with the seller since the piece was 120€! She basically said it was my fault for "tying it wrong" and that she is going to "fix" it. She proceeded to open the stitches and sew it back on again. Shown is the picture of her work, which was actually worse than what my friend had done, also there was a hole which must have come from her ripping the stitches cause it wasn't there before. She offered I could come back weeks later to get it fixed by her sewer, but I was a tourist and left the area before. The seller made comments that "us girls should know how to fix such simple things" and that it wasn't her fault because apparently this issue had never occured before. She also accused me of not taking good care of the piece because I had brought it just like it was, not protected in a bag or something. For a piece that cost 120€, I expect it not to rip after 5 minutes of wearing. The seller did not offer a partial refund, return or anything other than the "fixing". I feel like I have wasted a crazy amount of money in this store. Please be aware that the pieces sold there can be extremely fragile and that the seller can be unfriendly once confronted...
