LA PERLA NERA — Restaurant in Grasse

Today we are faced with a combination of rudeness, insults, threats and xenophobia from the LA PERLA NERA staff. There were 7 of us - 3 children and 4 adults. We wanted to ask for 3 children's menus, 1 adult menu and coffee and dessert for the rest. The restaurant staff began to be rude to us, and say that if other adults don't want to take a full menu, we should go to McDonald's or go away to our country. When we told them, that we leave feedback regarding their inappropriate comments, they started threatening us and said - "I'll break your head!" When we left this place, they showed us the middle...

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Great food, beautifully cooked with more than generous portions! They have a fantastic set menu and also à la carte, both are fantastic. The service was also exceptional, we were served by a young waitress, her attention to detail and patience for our constant demands were met with excellence. All whilst providing incredible value for money - thank you for multiple experiences we thoroughly enjoyed 😎 We will return next time we visit...

Stay away from this restaurant!! The food is really average and very expensive. Seriously, $20 for a burger that's even smaller and less good than a BigMac. Asked for it well done, it came rare. The sauce for the fries was gross and disgusting. Our waiter totally ignored us, although we asked for water a few times. Very rude people. Will bring my business elsewhere.
