Chocolats Zugmeyer — Local services in Grenoble

We were cycling past on a very hot day and decided to stop by — and we’re so glad we did! Chocolats Zugmeyer is a real gem. Their chocolates are top quality — rich, flavourful, and beautifully made with real craftsmanship.

But the highlight for us was the ice cream — incredibly smooth, creamy, and refreshing. It hit the spot perfectly after a long ride in the heat. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere made the stop even better. Highly recommended for anyone...

We were cycling by and decided to stop at Chocolats Zugmeyer for some ice cream — and we’re so glad we did! It’s a really lovely place with a great atmosphere and delicious treats. The ice cream was top quality, perfect for a mid-ride break.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer bottled water as well, especially for passersby and cyclists like us who might need to rehydrate. Other than that, it was a great stop and we’d definitely...

Visite de cet endroit pour les fêtes de fin d' année, et là : catastrophe ! Commande très longue à retirée. Personnel hermétique aux suggestions ( exemple code couleur + numéro pour chaque commande.... une autre pâtisserie procède de la sorte et du coup ça va assez vite) De plus, erreur sur la commande et l' employée ne comprend pas mon mécontentement, ne s' excuse pas et m'envoie presque promener ( attitude peu professionnelle au vu du prix des produits) soutenue par certains clients qui ont des brosses à reluire. Déçue, je n' y retournerai ( à leur grande joie) et vous invite à faire attention. Insatisfaite car quand on prône l' excellence ( renommée, prix) le service doit être parfait du début à la fin. PS ; je sais qu'il y aura un commentaire du propriétaire pour discréditer mes propos ( c'est tjs comme ça quand on ne complimente pas ) ou que mes propos seront effacés . C' est...
