After discovering PM through social media and seeing they were slightly cheaper than most I placed an order on a premium candle. Was a little worried as coming overseas, France to England. Never paid that much for a candle but loved the design and thought the holder could be used once finished. Placed and order for several candles and fragrance and order arrived super quick, less than a week, good communications when items dispatched etc. The premium premium candle arrived and whilst stunning it had no wick! I know stuff happens but I was most upset by this. I contacted CS and whilst they were quick to responded, they were slow in resolving the matter. They said they had to contact then brand before a decision would be made! This went on for over a week 😔 eventually I was emailed a postal return and had to send the candle back for examination, once received they promptly sent me a new candled and a couple of samples. I´d like to tell everybody, that it is really a big pleasure for me to do shopping at the Frenche e- Boutique PREMIERE AVENUE SHOPPING in GRENOBLE due to their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I like very much buying perfumes here. They have very interesting offer. If I do not know the fragrance well and I want to test more than a sample, I can buy 5 ml doses to try it at home properly. I find here perfumes they are difficult to be found at the market. Once my order has been placed and paied, the fragrance is despatched very quickly including the tracking number which is always sent to me. I've ordered multiple times from Première, and it's always been a great experience. Living on the west coast of the US, shipping through DHL is lightning fast - if I order on Monday, it's here by Thursday for example - shipments from US based stores can take up to 2 weeks by comparison. Prices even with the exchange rate are 100x better than what we pay here, though you don't get the full range of items each brand has.

I would love if they offered free shipping over a certain amount, which another big name Paris based perfumery does, but it's not a big deal to me, I just wait until I have a large enough order that I don't mind (it's never been more than $28, so really not terrible!). If I'm ever in France on vacation and find myself in Grenoble, this would definitely be on my list of...
