In September, my son and I embarked on a holiday to Marseille, a city we'd always dreamt of exploring. Prior to our trip, we had watched an intriguing documentary on a local shop that specialized in personalized petanque balls, which instantly captured my son's fascination. He was eager to acquire these customized petanque balls as a special memento from our Marseille adventure, so we decided to visit the shop.

Upon arriving at the shop, we were genuinely excited and ready to make a significant purchase. We spent a substantial amount of money to get these personalized balls, with the hope that they would be a cherished reminder of our time in Marseille.

The shop's staff assured us that it would take approximately a week for the personalized balls to be created and shipped to my father's address within Marseille. We eagerly agreed and patiently awaited the delivery. However, as a week turned into two and then into an entire month, we became increasingly concerned about the lack of communication from the shop.

Regrettably, we received no updates or notifications, whether by phone or email. This was especially frustrating, considering we had invested a considerable sum of money into this purchase. As a French speaker, I decided to take matters into my own hands and personally contact the shop to inquire about the status of our order.

To my dismay, the person who answered the call at the shop provided an unsatisfactory response. They informed me that they do not track shipments for orders of this particular value, which amounted to a few hundred euros, and advised us to continue waiting without any further information. This disregard for our concerns and lack of transparency left us deeply disappointed.

It has now been a month since our initial purchase, and we still have not received the personalized petanque balls or any communication regarding their status. This experience has been disheartening, to say the least, and it has left us with a significant sense of disappointment and frustration.

Considering the substantial investment we made and the unprofessional handling of our order, I cannot recommend this shop to others. The lack of transparency and the failure to fulfill their commitment to deliver the personalized balls within a reasonable timeframe have tarnished what should have been a memorable souvenir from our time...

Der Laden ist super eingerichtet. Wir haben dort blaue Boule Kugeln für 115 € gekaut die auch super aussahen, als wir sie zu Hause ausgepackt hatten , haben wir auf den Kugeln Gebrauchsspuren entdeckt die wir leider in Laden bei dem schumrigen Licht nicht sehen konnten. Außerdem hat sich nach dem ersten spielen die Blaue Farbe zu großen Teilen echt hässlich gelöst, auf Nachfrage beim Verkäufer hieß es die blaue Farbe, auf den uns als blaue Boule Kugeln verkauften Kugeln, sei nur eine Art Schutzschicht die sich beim ersten spielen eh lösst, beim Kauf hat uns daruaf natürlich niemand hingewiesen.

115 € für blaue Boule Kugeln zu verlangen( Boule bleue) um dann hinter her zu sagen die blaue Farbe wäre nur eine Schutzsicht die sich beim ersten Mal spielen eh lösst find...
