WARHAMMER — Local services in Montpellier

I'm in Montpellier for a day and stopped by the Warhammer store to try to get some White Dwarf magazines to read on the plane back to USA. They had plenty of the current and previous editions, and I was hoping they might carry English-language editions as well the fellow that worked there said they could only carry French due to the location - totally understandable.

Both people that worked there were very nice and helpful and they had a great selection with some beautifully painted...

Has to be the best Warhammer store ive been in! Gary and Artur were so cool, kind and welcoming to me and my girlfriend after I stopped by for a dose of nostalgia we ended up staying a few hours and doing some painting with them. They offered such great advice to us both with regards to painting and not only has it rekindled my love for Warhammer but my partner has found a love for it too. We'll definitely be returning once we've figured out which armies we want to build!...

Je m’y suis rendu pour faire une initiation peinture et c’était vraiment cool. Gary est une personne vraiment très sympathique, on peut parler de tous les produits avec lui (peinture, maquette, jeux, lore) et s’il ne sait pas ou qu’il n’est pas sûr il n’hésite pas à le dire, c’est très appréciable. Il existe plusieurs activités gratuites, on peut venir jouer et plus globalement en prendre plein les yeux. Attention, Warhammer ça peut coûter cher en fonction de ce qu’on veut en faire, il faut le savoir. Perso je ne voulais pas m’y remettre, mais mon intérêt pour la peinture sur figurine, la gentillesse de Gary, l’évolution du jeu et toutes les activités dans le shop m’ont donné envie de m’y remettre.
