J'ai récemment vécu une expérience fort désappointante avec "Saison" à Oberkampf, Paris. Malgré plus de dix appels pour organiser la livraison de nos précieuses et onéreuses plantes d'intérieur, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse ni assistance. Il est particulièrement frustrant d'être ainsi ignoré, surtout après avoir investi dans des végétaux de grande qualité. Compte tenu de leur manque de réactivité et de leur service client déplorable, je ne saurais recommander cette boutique. Cette expérience m'a laissé profondément déçu.
