Le Camion Qui Fume - Parmentier — Restaurant in Paris

I came here after reading the reviews knowing it was either going to be fantastic or terrible. I took the risk, and unfortunately it was not the best experience or burgers...

My girlfriend orders the bleu with no caramelised onion medium cooked meat. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger medium-rare in a meal with cheesy fries and coke.

After afew minutes of sitting we got our meals, except she had the cheesy fried on her plate, and I had a serving of fries. So I thought no worries they made a simple mistake, we told them and they took the extra fries away.

My burger taste was decent, bacon was crispy and the meat was tender even though it was cooked closer to medium with no red in sight... Now comes the bad part of my girlfriends burger.

The meat was so raw. It was closer to raw vs. Medium rare. Even unedible by my standards...so I thought ok we can't eat this, I'll ask them just to heat it up since we ate a small portion and I didn't want to be rude. They said they don't have a microwave so they will just make a new one for us. Ok that sounded great until they came out with the new burger.

Firstly, it had caremelized onion. I would understand if they were busy and had customers. But they had none except a couple of delivery orders. But the worst part of it all, the meat was just as raw as the first burger! Absolutely rediculous 😩 (edit: it seems just 1/4th of the patty was quite rare, like their stove is missing heating spots or something...)

Experience aside. The burger was 6 out of 10. Daniel Thaiger Thailand is still my no 1. There was no juice coming out of my burger and the cheese was strange. If you decide to eat here, I hope you have better...

L hamburger non era male, ha sicuramente più gusto che un MCDonald's, ma le patatine....bisunte di olio che ha visto troppe fritture e arrivate sul tavolo giusto tiepidine le ho trovate imperdonabili visto il prezzo della prestazione che non è proprio buon mercato. Meglio di 5guys, su questo c è poco da discutere, ma non attendiamo con impazienza di tornare. Il locale a Oberkamp è striminzito e senza charme. Servizio corretto, ci si installa dopo aver pagato e si è serviti al tavolo. La formule midi a 11.50 euro potrebbe essere un buon compromesso qualità-prezzo per una pausa pranzo.

The hamburger was not bad, it certainly tastes better than a MCDONALD, but the french fries were a disaster .... soaked in old oil and just lukewarm. Not worth the price paid but better than 5 Guys, I won't hurry here again. The restaurant in Oberkamp is skimpy and without charm. OK service, you take a seat after ordering and paying and you're served at the table. The midi formulas at 11.50 euros could be a good quality-price compromise for a lunch break.

Le hamburger n'était pas mauvais, il a certainement un meilleur goût qu'un MCDONALD, mais les frites étaient un désastre ... trempées dans de la vieille huile et juste tièdes. Ne vaut pas le prix payé mais mieux que 5 Guys. je ne vais pas m"y presser encore une fois. Le restaurant à Oberkamp est sans charme. I really liked this establishment. Service at the highest level. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Food delivery is very fast. And their bump is something simply incredible.
