Clean, comfortable and kind, that's what I can say about this fantastic hotel in Paris. The owners are very friendly and the staff is attentive and thoughtful. They serve a great continental breakfast too. Clean and safe accomodations while you stay in Paris. We will surely come again .

This little hotel was well situated for our needs during our visit to Paris. Within walking distance (a few km) to the Seine and a Batobus stop. It was basic accommodations, appropriately priced, clean, and continental breakfast was available. The neighborhood was quiet.

In terms of location, I found it very excellent. But the room is small and the bathroom is very small. The staff are very friendly It's not suitable for only one person. Very bad insulation between the rooms

The smell of old urin in the tiny bathroom was bad. It is disgusting, to brush your teeth in that odeur. Next morning I asked the cleaning man to clean the dirt behind the toilet, but nothing changed. Sticky gray fluff on the pipes behind the toilet, you could probably harvest dust from one year there. Again I talked to the cleaning men directly, not to their boss, I wanted to give them a chance, to make up their mistake. They didn’t appreciate it. In font of the dirty stinking toilet these two young men tried to convince me, that everything is right, they clean very well and there is no reason for complaint. That was the moment, when I got really angry. The grey dust was still there in the evening, so did the smell of piss. Before departure I informed the owner, that they are having serious problems, the clogged train of the washing bassin was only a small one, also the half roll of toilet paper which unfortunately didn‘t last all 3 days until departure (no replacement was given). The biggest problem are cleaning men, which are blind to dirt. The owner laughed and said, „no problem, we will take care of it.“ Still he acted like thinking:“We are a cheap hotel in Paris, we will allways rent our rooms.“ I think: „A hotel, that is cheap and clean, is the queen of our hearts. But a cheap and dirty hotel is every guests nightmare“. ||I stayed at this hotel often during 6 years. There was never a problem with the bathrooms, now there were several at once. „Your hotel is rotting“, I told the owner. He...

We recently stayed at Cosmos Hotel for 7 nights, and absolutely loved it. I would not hesitate to stay there again next time we are in Paris.||We ended up with a large room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room was spacious and there was plenty of room for ourselves and all of our luggage. The room was very clean, the furniture was modern, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had a very nice shower, fresh towels each day (if you wanted), and was very clean. The room also had a new and efficient air conditioner, a safe, tv, writing desk, and two windows that could be opened easily.||The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They were happy to speak to you in either French or English, and there was always someone available (24x7). They made our entire stay very comfortable and stress free.||The hotel was ideally located. There were tons of great restaurants, small bars, wine stores, bakery shops, grocery stores and more. We never once felt unsafe. It was close to several metro stops, and at least one bus passed directly in front of the hotel. We were able to get to all major sites without problem using public transportation including the airport. ||You should note though, if you are looking to stay at a fancy hotel with lots of frills this is not the place for you. It is clean, functional, well located, and the staff are great but don't expect the Hilton. ||All and all, this hotel was a wonderful place to stay and we look forward to...
