I bought a suit there back in January, as a plan B. I wanted a better suit than a mass-consumer brand like Hugo Boss, but I also wanted to make sure I still had something I could refund later if I found a better suit (plan A) elsewhere in the city.
I implied this with the salesperson who assisted me, and he didn't react, to him that sounded like a good strategy - he even said, I remember clearly, that the quality of the suits in some demi-couture shops were not that good, so I might end up keeping their suit anyway.
There were also no signs at the cashiers sending any warning about the suit not being exchangeable nor refundable.
Later on I found a better suit, so I came back to refund my Hugo suit.
Turns out, surprise: nothing in their store is refundable. The store manager apologized to me that I got the wrong impression.
They said they would like to refund but could not, and that I would need to snail mail their headquarters to "maybe" get one. Essentially blaming HQ for their inability to correct an honest mistake.
BUT, seeing how angry I was having been mislead, they gave me a deal: if they got a new suit in the color tones I wanted (dark green) they would text me. They wrote something on my receipt, extending the exchange period until August.
I collected the salesperson's phone number, and left the shop super disappointed by this brand, but hopeful they would text me.
It's been 6 months now. They NEVER texted. Not even once to reassure me that they were still on the lookout. I did text every few months (last text this morning), but never got an answer, not even an acknowledgement.
So they disappointed me. Twice.
Do not buy here unless you're 100% sure you will never...

When I said when is next delivery he said can’t tell. Felt borderline racist. Later, another salesperson found the size for me without issue — clearly the first simply couldn’t be bothered. When I raised this with the manager (a woman wearing glasses), she chose to defend his behavior rather than address my concern.
As a longstanding and loyal customer who spends €3-4,000 annually at Boss, I found today’s service unacceptable. If it weren’t for the helpfulness of the second salesperson, you would have lost me as a customer. I hope management takes this seriously — today’s experience fell far below the standard one...
