Imagi Park — Attraction in Torcy

Visited here during our Disneyland trip, we only used the soft play but there seemed lots of things to do to keep family's and friends entertained. The soft play was great, very empty and lots of different things for kids to do, I particularly liked the bikes/cars. My daughter liked the building blocks. Staff were very friendly. Very clean.

However, my partner paid for 2 hours and got two 'wheel spins ' and won a free slushie and an extra hour, so 3 hours. This didn't have to be consecutive, we were told, so we went and had lunch and came back. Whilst playing the lady come up to me and told me the 2 hours were up (so it did run consecutivly) and that the extra hour was only for 1 child. Fair enough, luckily my children are 3 and 1 so the youngest didn't understand and I went to sit with her on the side, however she is an active baby so wanted to play. This was a bit awkward and we ended up having to leave as I could not just sit with one child, whilst watching the other play.

Bit of a weird thing to 'win' but it only being for one child 🤣 what is the other child meant to do? Also, completely understand if it was very busy but it was empty, we were the only ones there. It was that empty that the staff were taking it in turns to go in the trampoline park - but my baby had to leave... Weird situation. But the staff were mostly very nice particularly the black man who made us our slushie, will visit again but think we'll just do an hour and decline any...

Je me permets de vous faire part d' un problème récurent au sein d IMAGI PARK VAL D EUROPE depuis juin que les deux ascenseurs sont toujours en panne rien n'est fait on sera obligé de prévenir qui de droit de maitre en demeure ça a assez duré L'ouverture de imagipark mal organisé 12h 0h pendant que la salle de sport est ouverte de 6h à 23h si on veut descendre en bas au premier pour atteindre la porte la porte est bloquée horaires d'été 10h rien n'est fait pour nous on prend toujours les escaliers ascenseur en panne

En effet, les 2 ascenseurs sont constamment en panne et il y en a un sur les deux qui est carrément éteint donc j'en conclus qu' il ne fonctionne jamais Les personnes en mobilité réduite ou en rééducation ne peuvent donc même pas accéder à la salle de sport au 2ème étage ce qui n' est pas respectable et inadmissible Expliquez moi pourquoi il y a un réparateur pour réparer le monte charge et ceux destinés aux clients sont constamment en panne. De plus aucune information n'est mentionnée sur les portes des ascenseurs concernant les pannes Un réparateur est passé vendredi 18 juillet vers 12h30 Les 2 ascenseurs devaient être réparés et un seul l'a été et depuis il a marché 2 jours et depuis il est encore en panne Ces ascenseurs datant de Castorama sont peut être anciens et il est inadmissible de garder de vieux ascenseurs dans un nouveau site, ça reste encore du maquillage et ce sont les clients qui subissent Je viens tous les jours à la salle depuis juin et je constate toujours le même problème, ça devient pénible.Il y a plus de jours de panne que de mise service .

Par exemple vendredi 25 juillet, un ascenseur sur deux fonctionnait (celui de droite qui d'habitude est éteint) il a marché jusqu'à samedi et aujourd'hui lundi 28 juillet les 2 ascenseurs sont en panne Trouvez vous ça normal et il n y a aucun affichage Comment faites vous quand vous êtes invalide pour vous rendre au glodsgym

Pouvez vous remédier rapidement à ce problème afin que nous puissions accéder correctement aux activités du Site et pour le respect de tout le monde.

We came as a family for our first time. We spent 70 euro on the tickets for our family to ride the race track. Our youngest daughter is 6 and has a disability. We were told she could not ride when we went down to the car track even though they sold the tickets to us upstairs and we said the children's ages. They refused to give us a refund only offered us bowling or a ticket to come back in 6 months which was pointless as our daughter cannot do bowling and we were leaving the following day.
