The way the handle the store is poor Waiting line was empty and was a little bit busy inside, Afeer which was the door guy asked me to wait which was reasonable then a group of 7 people came out at the exact moment he told me tow ait because it was croweded so I asked can we go in now, he told me no you have to wait told him it dosent make sense to wait if you are manging it by number we were 2 and 7 people came out he insisted that he knows his job as door man and this is how they handle it, 5 more people came out and then he let us in and another group behind us also came in about 3 people. i went in and asked for the manager to speak to and they let me wait for about 5 min and he showed up to me and told me he is the manager ( same guy at the door) and he told me he was filling in for the security at the door and he is the manager. Lin, the cashier, was very rude and when the card didn't work out, she got mad at me and kept hitting the desk. She also raised her arm and made a gesture that she didn't understand, pointing finger at me and saying something to cashier next to her.
All the other employees were kind. When I asked for an apology, another employee other than Lin apologized. Lin watched from the side until the end and laughed at him without apologizing. I'm really sorry for another employee cuz they apologized although they did nothing...However Lin is SO RUDE and I'll definitely email to Sandro about this.
