FOOD: - ordered a veggie burger and got an entirely different "burger" see picture (a few shred of salad and pickles, and the other basic stuff) - A FARCRY from what they show (literally). SERVICE: - Asked the staff (the superviso I believe) about it. She said the photo is non contractual. WOW! It's like buying a car without wheels when their photo clearly shows guacamole, tomatoes and probably a slice of hallumi? since it is a vege burger. Contacted the online service since the staff was no help. After everyone else has "finished" their meal (mostly left uneaten because their vegetarien option is just horrible). I got a replacement burger which triggered me to leave the place without eating the replacement burger. that's after 30 mins. what a waste of time - definitely will look into how to get in touch with consumer protection concerning this. ATMOSPHERE - As a repeating customer (ex) I just realised the same staff was arguing with a client from my last visit. And unfortunately, it was my turn ( 23 Feb 2024). Thus, I have to change the atmosphere rating from 3 stars to 1 star.

In short, I doubt I will be returning to this chain. It is just not worth the time since there are so many better options in term of customer service and value and HONEST! Factory & Co. has committed a classic misrepresentation here and hiding behind what is called the commercial puff which I think the staff has no idea what they are talking about when she insisted the pictures in their kiosk is non contractual - it is one thing to show a bigger and tastier burger while it is another to show a burger with all the ingredients which are ultimately not included in the final product. This was absolutely horrendous, me, my mum, friends mum, friend, and friend all went to here after a long plane ride expecting for two vegan burgers that they advertised outside. We placed our order for two vegan burgers with one cheesy chips, and regular chips, friends mum bought a regular burger with coleslaw. We received our order and my burger which was ment to be a vegan burger, with cheesy chips, friends was a regular burger with coleslaw, and my mums vegan burger with chips. We received my burger which was actually a meat burger with my cheesy chips, my friend had a vegan burger which was ment to be my burger. This would be a massive issue for us as me and my mum are both vegetarian for religious reasons so even if they switched the burgers the juice would still be on the plate. As well as that before this the lady tried to reassure us it was a vegan burger even though it was not. We called for the lady who seemed as the manager, and she seemed as it wasnt much of a problem. I had to explain to her that it WAS for religious reasons and not as an option. They came out with the burgers 'fresh' but they were cold and they had two holes poked on the inside which obviously suggested that the burgers were not fresh and have been switched. This left us distraught, and both hungry, they came with more burgers. But from here they lost our trust and made us feel both angry and hungry. We asked for a refund and the lady kept arguing with us, and left angrily and roughly as if we were in the wrong. In the end we got our refund. If I could place NO star, I’d put it. We put an order for €37 to eat HOT and freshly made burgers, but we got the opposite. Upon asking for an update for our order, the lady found out that it was placed as a takeaway order as opposed to an eating in order. She was not happy when she’s found out the order was confused for a takeaway and pulled out our food as it is and shoved it on dirty plates for us to eat at the restaurant in takeaway packaging. On seeing this, I confronted the staff that I wasn’t happy to eat it like this, and she went ahead waffling on how the food has just been made and that we could eat it as it is. We agreed, and found out that my “crispy chicken” burger was FROZEN cold, and the small smash burger was DRENCHED in ketchup sauce. I told the staff again how my burger was cold, she snagged it from me and probably warmed for 10 seconds in the microwave and still brought it back COLD.
