Wir waren heute schwimmen, aber ich kann diesen Ort überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Erstens war das Wasser unglaublich schmutzig, voller Müll und Schlamm. Es gab nur einen sehr kleinen Bereich zum Schwimmen, der nicht nur schmutzig, sondern auch überfüllt war. Kindern wurde das Schwimmen nicht erlaubt, selbst wenn sie Schwimmreifen hatten, es sei denn, sie konnten schwimmen. Der Rettungsschwimmer sagte, wenn jemand in diesem Wasser ertrinken würde, wäre es unmöglich, ihn zu retten, weil es so schwarz und dunkel war, dass man nichts sehen konnte. Als wir das sahen, bereuten wir es sofort. Ich sprach mit meinem Kind und sagte ihm, dass das Wasser schmutzig ist und es nicht ins Wasser gehen darf. Lass uns stattdessen mit dem Sand spielen. Also zogen wir uns gar nicht erst um und gingen zurück, um mit dem Ticketverkäufer zu sprechen. Ich erklärte ihm, dass wir wegen der Wasserqualität und der Tatsache, dass unser Kind nicht schwimmen darf, den Strand nicht nutzen können, und bat um Rückerstattung. Der Verkäufer sagte jedoch, dass er das Geld nicht zurückgeben könne. Ich fragte warum? Wir waren erst fünf Minuten hier, und nach dem Anblick haben wir uns nicht einmal umgezogen und wollten gehen. Er sagte, sein Chef habe angeordnet, niemandem das Geld zurückzugeben. Wirklich, was ist das für eine Einstellung? Wir hatten uns beschwert und den Ort nicht genutzt. Warum sollten wir dafür bezahlen? Wir hatten auch einen langen Weg mit einem Kind zurückgelegt und waren müde, und wir hatten keine Zeit mehr, unser Kind an einen anderen Ort zum Schwimmen zu bringen. Wir haben Zeit verloren und wurden für einen Ort belastet, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Das ist überhaupt nicht professionell und unethisch.

We went swimming today, but I can’t recommend this place at all. Firstly, the water was incredibly dirty, full of trash and sludge. There was only a very small area designated for swimming, which was not only dirty but also crowded. Children were not allowed to swim even if they had floaties unless they could swim. The lifeguard said if someone drowned in this water, it would be impossible to save them because it was so black and dark that nothing could be seen. When we saw this, we immediately regretted it. I talked to my kid and told them the water was dirty and they couldn’t go in. Let’s play with the sand instead. For all the people there, there was only one shower on the beach, and a lot of water had collected under it, turning it into a swamp. So, we didn’t even change our clothes and went back to talk to the ticket seller. I explained that because of the dirty water and the fact that our kid couldn’t swim, we couldn’t use the beach and asked for a refund. However, the seller said he couldn’t refund the money. I asked why? We had been there only five minutes, and after seeing the conditions, we didn’t even change and wanted to leave. He said his boss had ordered not to refund anyone. Really, what kind of mindset is that? We had complained and didn’t use the place. Why should we be charged for that? We also had a long walk with a kid and were tired, and we had no more time to take our kid to another place to swim. We lost time and were charged for a place we didn’t use. This is not professional at all and...

We had arrived 15 min ago at the beach, and my 4 year old girl couldn’t flood the beach. She just asked to wash her hands off the sand. That is why i turned on the tap which is on the beach. Normally it is for washing hands and body.

The way you shouted at the other boys who were playing before us, i thought you are their father, because nowhere else i have seen someone talk so rude to other people’s kids.

But again my daughter wanted to wash her hands, we were not opening that water for playing. Your aggression towards a guest just washing hands speaks volumes about your education. Your own employees are saying that you are a rude person who talks nasty to them. And you should better not save water on cleaning those dirty toilets of yours. It is very deceptive from the outside but inside it has a lovely soft white sand area which is very big and has plenty of deck chairs to sit on. It has a large grass area where many prefer to sit as it is shaded more. There are fast food kiosks a good bar with a good selection. BBQ areas can also be rented. It has a swimming pool which isn't massive but enough to cool off. Good shower and toilet facilities and of course lots of sand and water sports available even for beginners. I found it very impressive and the scenery on the river great. The Sandy areas looks and feels like a real beach. It's suitable for all ages from babies to pensioners and is frequented by all when I was there. Very good place to spend a sunny afternoon. I would...
